When you purchase a Plan, we collect: your name, email address, physical stats (age, weight, height, gender), fitness goals, training preferences, dietary restrictions, and food allergies. This information is necessary to generate your personalized plan.
Your data is used solely to: generate your personalized fitness plan via the Claude AI API, deliver your plan via email, and process your payment via Stripe. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than delivering the service you paid for.

Your generated plan is stored on our servers so you can access it via your unique link. Your form submission data is stored in Stripe's session metadata for order records. We do not maintain a separate database of your personal information beyond what is needed for plan delivery and customer support.
All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant). We do not store passwords as no account creation is required.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. This includes removing your generated plan from our servers and requesting Stripe delete your payment records.
We use minimal cookies necessary for the website to function (session management). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics that identify individual users.
